IT Technical Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

As an IT Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing business and administrative support to facilitate the planning, coordination and delivery of IT support and project services to the firm. To assist and support the completion of the group’s overall goals or objectives. Provides administrative support to the Director, IT managers, as well as all team members.

Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Relieve technical team members of administrative tasks and assist with special projects, as needed
  • Responsible for the preparation and generation of the following documents: Word Processing of correspondence, reports, budgets, and vendor communications
  • Coordinate all accounts receivable efforts with the Finance group to ensure on time and accurate payment processing of all IT purchases
  • Assist the IT Director and IT Managers with compiling data for annual budget process
  • Assist the IT Director with accurate tracking of IT spending in all budget areas and provide reporting as needed
  • Ensure grammatical and format accuracy of all IT instructional documentation, and firm wide communication
  • Coordinate with other corporate service departments on projects assigned to IT staff
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff for training of IT equipment and processes
  • Work with IT vendors on order placement and contract management
  • Responsible for ordering, deployment and tracking of corporate owned mobile assets

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will enjoy a team environment and be flexible enough to work independently where needed. Candidates for this role will be eager to learn and will expand their knowledge and hands on experience by challenging themselves and using the highly technical resources around them.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • High school/completion of trade diploma or equivalent formal training
  • Minimum 3- 5 years in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat & Reader
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
